The EOG (End-of-Grade) test is administered to many students in North Carolina in grades 3-8. The 4th grade EOG covers math and reading comprehension. The reading comprehension portion of the EOG is based on the 2004 North Carolina English Language Arts Standard Course of Study. The Public Schools of North Carolina's website is a solid resource for information about these education standards and EOG test preparation help.
