Practice Exams from the Public Schools of North Carolina

The North Carolina State Board of Education provides free sample tests for the sixth grade EOG in reading and math. In addition to the tests, you'll get answer keys and useful information about the EOG.

You can also download the state standards, called the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, in curriculum areas including math and language arts. The reading exam is based on 2004 Standard Course of Study, while the math exam is based on the standards from 2003. Go over them with your child in order to help him or her become more thoroughly prepared.
