Best Places to Find Free and Easy Math Problems Online
Although your child's teacher will probably assign worksheets with easy math problems for your child to complete for homework, you may want to print a few additional worksheets. You can download free math problems from the following websites.
HelpingWithMath.com's Worksheets
Here you'll find free, printable worksheets with problems for kids in kindergarten through eighth grade. Many of these worksheets have fairly simple problems that help kids review arithmetic and other basic math skills. You can search by math topic or by grade level. Some of the subjects are multiplication, division, fractions, decimals and percentages.
You'll also find nine worksheet generators here, each focused on a different topic, such as addition or subtraction. Answers are available for every question, and you can print out an answer key by clicking 'show answers' on the worksheets and then clicking print. Some math topics come with additional study materials, like definitions of terms or simple computer games. These can be found under the topic header, or by checking the 'Resources' section of the site. Flashcards, multiplication charts and various math puzzles are also available in this section.
TLS Books' Free Worksheets
Dozens of festive elementary school math worksheets are offered here. These worksheets are printable and cannot be completed online; however, an answer key is provided. Some of the worksheet's links tell you which grade level the problems are suited to, and others simply describe the type of math covered.
You can search either by grade level or by subject. The print is large and the page is easy to navigate, so you probably won't have any trouble finding something appropriate.
Math-Drills' Free Worksheets
Lots of free, printable math worksheets are available here. Under theme categories (like St. Patrick's Day) or math topic headings (such as arithmetic or fractions), you'll find dozens of free flashcards and worksheets. Each one comes with an answer key. The worksheets are designed simply, which will reduce the risk of distractions.
