Free Math Practice from Mr. Martini's Classroom

Here, you will find free online flashcards, quick math fact quizzes and online math worksheets. This site is free and suitable for kids in elementary school. Whether your child is learning addition, subtraction, inequalities, decimals, percents or fractions, there is most likely something here to help her practice.

Pre-made worksheets with answer keys are available for printing. These may come in handy when your child is away from the computer on car trips or during the summer. Some interactive features of the site are self-paced and require your browser to be JavaScript enabled.

Math Games from FunBrain.com

Your child can also practice math at home by playing some of the online games available here. FunBrain.com's games help kids review basic arithmetic while engaging and entertaining them with colorful graphic images. Some of the themes covered are basketball, tic-tac-toe and arcade games.

A possible drawback of FunBrain.com's activities is that it is not always easy to see what kind of math will be dealt with in a given game. It may take you a few minutes of searching to find one with the exact topic you would like your child to go over.

Online Math Review at That Quiz

Free online math quizzes are offered here from basic to advanced. Your son or daughter may want to take these tests while preparing for unit tests. The site has quizzes available for many topics, including greater than and less than, arithmetic, fractions, measurement and decimals. Only one problem appears onscreen at a time, so your child can focus on one equation and not worry about the test as a whole. You can set each quiz to be timed or untimed.

That Quiz offers a free service that records each quiz score, but you must sign up as a teacher. This allows you to keep track of your child's progress. You might find this useful if you homeschool your child.
