Math Fact Cafe's Flashcards and Worksheets

If your child is in grades 1-4, the activities offered here can provide great math test practice. You'll find both online and printable tools to help review addition, subtraction, multiplication, time and money. Both pre-made and instantly generated worksheets are available for printing. Online flashcards show one question at a time and are automatically corrected. The activities themselves are not timed, but you can set a kitchen timer or alarm clock to test your child's speed.

Once you click on a topic, such as addition, you'll be presented with a list of more specific details regarding the kind of problems the worksheet or flash cards will have. For example, you can create flash cards entirely comprised of 2-digit numbers plus 3-digit numbers. This feature makes it easy to target your child's areas of weakness and help him or her improve.

Online Tests from Mr. Myers' Classroom

You can find more math facts worksheets from Mr. Myers' Classroom. This site lets you print study guides and worksheets. Alternatively, your child can also practice online. The topics covered include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The online timed tests can be set to any length of time, although they have a default setting of three minutes. Math tables are provided under the 'Study Guides' heading. The division problems are meant to be completed mentally, so they only include single and double-digit numbers.

Timed Math Practice from tlsbooks.com

These free, printable worksheets are designed to give timed practice to elementary school math students. You will have to set a timer while your child works, but the site tells you how much time is intended for each worksheet. A box at the top of each worksheet allows your child to mark each minute as it passes in order to keep track of time. In addition to the four main math operations, you'll see problems dealing with rounding, estimation, place value and averages.
