Worksheets, Games and Activities from Funschool

This site offers free learning resources that your third grader can benefit from, such as games, online and offline activities, crafts and quizzes. A wide variety of subjects are covered here, including math, English/language arts, history, social studies, science, sports and logic.

No matter what your third grader's interests and hobbies are, there's likely to be games and activities here that address them. Funschool's Christmas activity center is a prime example of this. Here, your child can design a Christmas tree ornament, a Christmas-themed jewelry box and a picture frame. There are five educational holiday games as well as a printable word search and a 'What's the Difference' worksheet.

Resources from Super Teacher Worksheets

For tutoring worksheets in a wide variety of subjects, Super Teacher Worksheet's website has you covered. Here, you'll find worksheets that can help your child with spelling, writing, grammar, phonics, logic puzzles and various areas of math and science. In addition, you'll find teaching aids and printable e-books that you and your child can read.

Each topic is divided into a number of sections that can help you find what your third grader needs help with. For example, the grammar worksheets cover specific topics, like nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and predicates. There are seven different worksheets for adverbs alone!
