Sample Math Questions from the Department of Education

You can find sample MCAS math problems by using the question search tool provided by the Massachusetts Department of Education. When your child completes these practice problems, he or she will become accustomed to the types of problems on the MCAS. The questions that appear are real problems from MCAS exams from the past six years. Each year, the Department of Education releases 50% of the problems from the most recent MCAS exams. If your child needs to practice particular skills prior to the MCAS, you may want to have him or her complete the free worksheets available from Math-Drills.
